achy joint warm up

PART 1:

slow + supine


A slow, mindful wake up to achy joints. If you are feeling pain in your joints this practice is meant to get you moving with ease, at a very slow pace. Whether it is arthritis, chronic pain, or soreness, please remember to be your own guide and only do what feels right to you.

ACTIVITY LEVEL:  low/gentle

The practice is entirely done on the back and includes movements to warm-up the synovial fluids of the joints. 

PROPS: possibly a strap.
