weight-bearing
The second half of the achy joint series, this is to get you moving with ease and fluidity. For a slow, full warm-up check out the PART 1: slow + supine video. Whether it is arthritis, chronic pain, or soreness, please remember to be your own guide and only do what feels right to you.
ACTIVITY LEVEL: low to moderate
The practice includes weight-bearing on the hands and some standing.
PROPS: possibly padding for your knees
