Radical Body Love + Acceptance

This practice is for bringing a sense of Radical Acceptance to your body and mind, not as a form of “getting better,” but to be as you truly are, which naturally counters systems of oppression. Liberation through being.

ACTIVITY LEVEL:  moderate with slow pacing

This is an all-level practice that offers options to Downward Dog. Includes child’s pose, standing and strengthening poses, pigeon, and some supine poses. I will guide us through each pose, suitable for those who are new to yoga.

PROPS: a chair or blocks may be needed
