Healing Justice, Anti-Racism, and Visioning Facilitation

  • Introduction To Healing Justice

    What is Healing Justice and how does it correlate to social justice? Where did the term originate and what are the core principles? This workshop is for offices, orgs, non-profits looking to better understand the role that health and wellness can play in our work.

  • Undoing Internalized Racism

    This workshop series will offer frameworks for understanding the manifestations of internalized racial oppression, how it shows up in our bodies, and what we can do to move forward. It will examine levels, methods, and strategies of shame and control, to move beyond them and feel more free and liberated.

  • Avoiding Burnout / Self and Community Care

    Have you been told burnout is a symptom of not being connected to your vision? We’ll dig deeper into this paradigm: to not only examine our vision, but also set checks and balances to find sustainability and avoid burnout on personal and communal levels.

  • Visioning / Mission Statement Writing

    Are you a small grassroots organization or non-profit in the arts, wellness, or healing? Are you looking to articulate what you are about? These workshops are tailored to your organization for vision and mission statement writing, to help you define your goals, objectives, and move your ideas into action.

Movement Based Facilitation

  • MOVEMENT for the MOVEMENT

    Yoga and somatic practices geared towards activists, changemakers, those seeking the revolution outside and the revolution inside. These are more general practices with a focus towards making change, as a radical and loving act. Great for non-profits, organizers, and those out in the field.

  • Zoom Gloom: Yoga to Counter Computer Time

    Having kinks and issues related to sitting at a computer? This series will cover topics such as eye strain, neck pain, carpal tunnel, shoulder tightness, back pain, and sciatica. By the end of the series, you will have learned a short daily routine to apply at your desk.

  • 15 Day Restart

    Are you interested in committing to a more mindful lifestyle, but having trouble connecting to a regular practice? Each day includes a 15 minute practice: a guided meditation and a movement/yoga/somatics practice to move through your day with more clarity, centeredness, and connection.

  • Intro to Yoga for the Office

    This all-levels series is great for offices and teams looking to integrate wellness and full-body health into their day, whether at a meeting or end of the day. Includes seated yoga at the computer, standing yoga for strength building, and supine yoga for back relief.
